Without out a doubt this company provided class A customer service throughout our families first time Hawaiian snorkiling and kayaking adventure. Booking the tour was a breeze. When I initially called they were busy processing customers who were in their shop. They asked me to leave my name and number, ensuring me that they would call me back as soon as they had finished processing their previous customers, they were true to their word as I received a phone back only minutes later. The price wasn't too bad especially with the coupon my wife discovered in a local tourist magazine. The waters were a bit rough due to weather condition but once we crossed the bay and reached our snorkeling site our snorkeling experience was first class. We had a couple tour options to choose from, the 3 hour or the 6 hour, we chose the 6 hour to maximize the experience. Our tour which was hosted by Iwa(owner)who is a tour guide who definitely has a wealth of experience and knowledge kept the adventure alive, causing the six hours to fly by. His expert technical tour assistant, Rabbit, proved himself quite the aquatic expert on several occasions lessening our families anxieties during our first time snorkeling adventure. Both tour guides provided very informative historical summaries of events that took place hundreds of years ago, events that shaped the history of the Hawaiian culture as we experience it today.
I would highly recommend this tour to those who wish to experience what it really feels like to canoe across the Kealakekua Bay as many natives did hundreds of years ago when paddling was the main mode of transportation. To the staff: Thank you for the experience, we will cherish these memories for a life time. Mahalo
