Iwa was one cool dude. He took the time to educate us on how to be as eco friendly as possible when taking our kayaking trip to Captain Cook. We appreciated all the pictures and extra detail he provided us. It made our kayaking to the bay such a pleasant experience. When we got back, they rushed out to help us get the kayak off and even rinsed our car off! Now that is service!
