I recently returned from the Big Island, (Kona) Hawaii and was completely satisfied and happy with Iwa and the great staff! I am a beginner Kayaker but they made me feel safe and comfortable. They explained all the rules, tour expectations and safety rules during orientation. John, my tour guide was knowledgeable about the Hawaiian history and was fun to listen too! He was very patient and kind when assisting you in any question you might have.
I was referred to the company by a friend, used several internet searches and book suggestions to look into the company. What an excellent bunch of referrals! I have referred several of my friends to this website and company, I was so happy to meet Iwa and his staff, dog too-Booser, what a great dog! Real mellow and cool!
As faith would have it, I had a chance to see Spinner dolphins in pods as we made our way back to land. The dolpins were breaching and communicating with each other. What an awesome sight!
I will definitely be back to the Big Island, next year and the Aloha Kayak Company is on my schedule for activites.
Mahalo,
