Had a fabulous big island kayak/snorkel trip to the Captain Cook monument with John, our tour guide, who took lots of time to show us things, fill us in on the history of the area, etc. as we paddled across the bay. The snorkeling was some of the best we've ever had on one of the nicest reefs we've seen. It was a much nicer way to spend the day than on one of those "cattle car" tours.
