We took our 9 year old daughter on the kayak trip across the Bay to the Captain Cook Monument. Keenan was our guide and he was wonderful. He knew a lot about the history and made us feel comfortable and confident kayaking. The snorkeling that we did there was amazing. It turned out to the best while we were in the Islands. I would highly recommend Aloha Kayak Co. for any kayaking while you are on the Big Island.
One of the best things about snorkeling with them is that they gave me a mask with magnification. I could see clearly while snorkeling.
Take a tour with Aloha. It will be well worth your money.
